It will be offered exclusively to guests of Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park, London who are staying in the hotel’s Penthouses or the Premier Suites (Presidential and Royal) and will offer a bespoke indulgent experience.

- Unparalleled access to the heart of the store.
- 1.5-hour private tour of Harrods before or after hours when the store is not open to the public. This will include access to behind the scenes areas.
- A tour of the Safe Deposit department which is the most historic part of a building which dates back to 1896.
- Styling by the Private Shopping Team with a personal shopping experience in the ‘Harrods Penthouse’ suite including a choice of 7 private dressing rooms.
- Or an option for Harrods Private Shopping Team to style for guests in their own suite at Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park, London.
